We run the back office. You run the properties.
Making mayhem look likeit was part of the plan.
Mayhem Management runs the operations behind property companies: rent collection, books and monthly close, projects, vendors, documents and signatures. It all lives on one platform we built to run our own portfolio first.

1 platform
Every entity, every board
Everything a property company has to keep running, handled in one place.
01
Rent and leasing
Tenants across every property company pay into one account. We track leases, renewals and balances, and flag partial and missed payments before they turn into a problem.
02
Books and monthly close
A ledger for each entity, bank reconciliation, a monthly close checklist, and tax items collected through the year so the CPA gets a clean file instead of a shoebox.
03
Projects, turnovers and vendors
Renovation plans, turnover checklists and punch lists with owners and due dates. A vetted list of contractors and services for each property, with the ones we no longer use marked as such.
04
Documents and signatures
Operating agreements, leases, insurance policies and closing files stored by entity. Leases and agreements go out for signature from the same place they are filed.
05
Insurance, taxes and lenders
Property tax due dates, insurance renewals, loan terms and lender conversations tracked for every entity, so nothing lapses because it lived in someone's inbox.
One dashboard for every entity
Clients get their own portal on the same system we use every day. Boards, to-do lists, rents, documents and financials, scoped to exactly what each person should see.
Ask him what is overdue, who has not paid, or what is left on a project. He can add and update items, and asks you to confirm before anything saves.
