This Privacy Policy explains how the Mayhem Dashboard application ("the App"), operated by Mayhem Management LLC ("we," "us"), handles data. The App is a private, internal financial dashboard built and used solely by Mayhem Management LLC to view its own accounting data. It is not offered to, marketed to, or made available for connection by any third party.
The App connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's authorized API to read financial data belonging to Mayhem Management LLC, including profit and loss reports, balance sheet accounts, transactions, and customer (tenant) records. The App reads data only. It does not create, modify, or delete records in QuickBooks.
Accessed data is used exclusively to generate an internal reporting dashboard for the owners of Mayhem Management LLC. Data is not sold, rented, shared with, or disclosed to any third party for any purpose.
Financial figures are summarized into a private reporting file used to render the dashboard. Access credentials (OAuth tokens) are stored securely and used only to refresh the data. We retain only what is necessary to operate the dashboard and remove data that is no longer needed.
We do not share accessed data with any outside party. The only external service involved is Intuit (the source of the data) and the hosting provider that serves this dashboard to the owners.
Because the App accesses only Mayhem Management LLC's own data, access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the App from within the QuickBooks Online account.
