This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the Mayhem Dashboard application ("the App"), a private internal tool owned and operated by Mayhem Management LLC. The App is intended solely for use by Mayhem Management LLC and its authorized owners.
The App is provided for the exclusive internal use of Mayhem Management LLC to view its own financial data. No license is granted to any third party. The App is not distributed, sold, or made available for connection by outside users.
The App may be used only to read and display financial data belonging to Mayhem Management LLC for internal reporting and decision-making. Use for any other entity's data or for any commercial redistribution is not permitted.
Use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes what data the App accesses and how it is handled.
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Mayhem Management LLC makes no guarantee regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Reported figures are for internal reference and are not a substitute for official accounting records.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mayhem Management LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the App.
